TVO participated in 6th OutsourceWorld- New York, October 2007

OutsourceWorld is the premier business trade platform for executives who have a need to outsource business services. Its main purpose is to enable commerce between buyers and sellers across diverse geographies. The 2 day conference program this year comprised of practitioner and service-provider industry leaders from all over the world, addresses industry-standards, leading edge best practices and future sourcing trends.

As a member of VINASA, Vietnam Software Association, TVO attended the conference, working with some companies from UK, USA and Canada, learning about opportunities of co-operating and expanding its business in North America. It also had a meeting with Telecommunication Industry Association (TIA) and gave a presentation on its profile and advantages in outsourcing field.

Dao said that the most important thing that can be seen from the trip was American companies’ professional working. They are professional in advanced technology, modern management system, capacity of working independently and under high pressure.

To meet their requirements and come to agreements, TVO’s staff, therefore, might have to continually improve knowledge as well as working skills, including English proficiency. “They are professional, we are correspondingly professional”, said Dao.
